The Firm

Andrew J. Schmitz III & Associates was founded in 1977. Since then our firm has been serving its clients with meticulous attention to design detail and quality on all projects, regardless of size.

A Brief History

Our current office is located in the Village of Huntington, New York. While most of our commissions are located on Long Island, due to national accreditation and registration, we are able to practice architecture in all states and U. S. territories. We maintain memberships in the American Institute of Architects, the American Society of Interior Design and the Long Island Builders Institute which allows us to remain current with the constant changes occurring in the design and construction industry.

Since its inception our firm has developed into a diversified architectural practice with a wide range of design and construction services. Our philosophy is to provide our clients with architectural designs that are functional, exciting and comfortable, yet within their budget range. We feel extremely confident that our experience with both architectural design and construction will provide you with a building product of the highest quality.
